Leila is a healer, yoga teacher, mentor, and therapeutic bodyworker with well over a decade’s experience in guiding people to physical, mental, and emotional freedom. 

Known for her uplifting presence and her creative personal style, Leila’s classes are inspirational, bio-mechanically savvy, superbly fun, and driven by a deep commitment to serve people in opening to their highest potential, both on and off the mat.



rikke brodin

Rikke is a soulstirrer and truth speaker with a deep commitment to using the practices of yoga to feel more, to turn on our curiosity and our sensitivity for feeling every part of this profoundly mysterious mindbody network, and in this way fall in love with the whole spectrum of embodied aliveness. She has through her own personal experience become very skilled in helping her students to return home in their own body, to get anchored in the root of their heart and to amplify their creative field.

Heather Umlah is a vibrantly creative chef, intuitive healer, and longtime spiritual practitioner. She is expert in the ways that food can transform and create a new paradigm of physical and mental well-being, enabling her clients and students to transform their lives at every level. She has worked with people from all walks of life, including celebrities, activists, artists, people battling major illness, new moms, and folks under great stress. She is known for the joy she takes in life, her deep-seated intuition, her dedication to her own healing process, and her great skill in sharing the benefits of her process and wisdom with others.



bridget luff

Bridget is dedicated to sharing how to be more open, move freely and live fully through yoga. Her classes are heartfelt, gently challenging and deeply nourishing. By creating a safe nurturing space Bridget guides students into understanding how the body-mind works so they can experience profound transformation and growth. She offers regular classes and retreats as well as supporting youth outreach work. As a mentor for the Africa Yoga Project, Bridget strongly believes in growing the global yoga community.
